Garion was born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee on September 30, 1940. He was a graduate of Lakeview High School. He later met and married Clara Honnert and on September 1, 1961 they were united in Holy Matrimony.
Garion worked in retail sales and was a lover of baseball. Everyone who knew Garion knows that he loved his family. His family meant the world to him.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Clara; children, Karen C. Nugent (Wade) and Sonia M. Livingston (Steven); grandchildren, Wendell Nugent, Amanda Benyo (Michael), Stephanie Walker (Jeffrey) and Scott Livingston; great grandchildren, Jordan Walker and Jaxson Walker; siblings, Luther Creel of North Carolina and Patricia Place of West Virginia.
A funeral service for Garion will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, followed by a graveside service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
