Gulbanu K. Velji passed away on March 31, 2012. Born in Tabora, Tanzania on October 22, 1928, she was one of 13 children. She dedicated her life and love to caring for her family, especially with her cooking. She is survived by her six children: Nazir, Razia, Yasmin, Naaz, Alnoor, and Mina; eleven grandchildren: Shaffiq, Haleema, Rahim R, Saira, Rahim T, Farhana, Aleem, Eric, Brian, Natasha and Sameer; and four great grandchildren: Namair, Naail, Amaan, and Aahil.
The burial services will be held Monday, April, 2, 2012 at 12:30 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
