Herbert Lee Brooks, 75, passed away on May 13, 2012. He was born on December 30, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois. He is survived by his sons Steven Brooks and Jon Brooks; sisters June Vopatek and Phyllis Dillon and one grandchild. Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
