

Born October 20, 1935 in Cullman County, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Vernie (Powell) Simpson and the oldest of four children.
She grew up on a farm near Cullman, Alabama and later made her way to Florida where she would meet her husband, Thomas Webb. The two would eventually make Orlando their home.
Kathy enjoyed entertaining friends, quilting, sewing, canning and a great garage sale.
As well as being a mother of four children; Kathy had a career that spanned over 50 years in the restaurant industry. She finished her career with Ponderosa Steakhouse on International Drive, Orlando.
She was a devoted wife and gave her children unconditional love. Kathy will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend who was full of energy and spunk and quick witted. She was an amazing women who will be missed by those lives she touched, those numbers are many and cover a broad spectrum of ages. She will always be thought of as having a smile on her face.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Thomas Webb and grandson Adam Wolfe. She is survived by her loving children Richard Wolfe of Deland, Suzy (Joe) Edwards of Orange City, Mark (Jessica) Webb of Winter Park and Quinn Webb of Greenbrier, TN ; sisters Vivian (Charlie) Thomas of Oviedo and Madell Rabb of Cocoa; brother Ken (Vanda) Simpson of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren Lauren (Larry) Clifton of Deland, Jared Webb of Winter Park, Nina (Robert) Weimer of Orange City and Jake Webb of Winter Park and great grandchildren Lakely Clifton, Paige and Preston Weimer.
There will be a celebration of life on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 10:00 am followed by an ice cream social in her honor at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.
