She was a homemaker and a member of the Sweet Adelines, PTA, Red Hat Society and her church.
She had a passion for music, teaching Sunday school and substitute teaching, writing poetry, playing billiards and Hula dancing.
Lenna is survived by her children, Bonnie Perkins, Debbie Wolfe, Jennifer Litsinger, Robert Fletcher, and Nancy Knuth; her grandchildren, Sommer Perkins, Melissa Perkins, Augusta Abernathy, Shane Douglas, Gwen Williams, John Wolfe, Tiffany Vowell, Whitney Van den Hurk, Emily Brown, and Spencer Fletcher; 15 great grandchildren and brothers, Douglas Updyke and Walter Updyke.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gerald, her sister Helen Gee and brother Ralph Updyke.
A celebration of life for Lenna will be held Monday, November 18, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734.
