He was born in Bremerton, WA on January 29, 1952 to Robert and Lillian (Hayes) Gagne. He grew up in Washington State and Graduated from Coulee Dam High School, Coulee Dam, WA. He moved to Orlando, FL in 1985.
Mark was active with Little League, always being supportive and encouraging to the kids (and parents). He was a social butterfly that was always ready with a smile, a “hello” and a conversation. He loved spending time outside and with his dog Bear, going to the beach, spending time with the grandkids and working in the yard or garden. He was very passionate about making sure his wife and grandkids helped decorate the family home for ANY holiday before he set out to decorate for anyone that needed help.
He had various job titles, but his favorite was being a Security Officer. He was currently employed with Xymogen, Inc. where his “extended family” grew quite large adding more good memories to the collection he had from Harcourt and Century Security & Events, working at the Convention Center for various Trade-shows, the PGA and Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Mark is survived by his wife Diana, son Sean of the U.S. Navy, Active Duty in Japan, stepsons Christopher (Yesenia) Stack of Poinciana, FL and James (Trisha) Stack of Apopka, FL, stepdaughters Katherine Stack of Ocoee, FL and Jessica (Thomas) Back of Cocoa, FL.
