Born September 29, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Charles and Mary Drummond. She loved her parents dearly and was very close to her mother. Nancy had a love affair with the ocean that began as a young girl when she would spend summers at her grandmother’s house in Cape Cod on Old Silver Beach.
Nancy was deeply religious and a devoted Catholic. She personally thanked her Mother for the gift of faith in Jesus and Mary.
She loved animals and over the years adopted and cared for many dogs and cats. Nancy also loved the arts, theater, opera, symphony and yes, rock and roll.
Nancy was a warm and kind soul, she would light up every room she entered with her beautiful smile, sparkling personality and genuine concern for others. She was extremely hard working and never did anything less than her best. She enriched the lives of everyone she came in contact with and always went out of her way to reach out a helping hand. She always put everybody before herself. She had many, many friends and was faithful and loyal.
While living in Michigan Nancy contacted St. John Newman Catholic Church and started a new women’s AA chapter which has since become one of the largest in the Detroit Metropolitan area. Nancy also volunteered and donated her time and efforts at a local women’s prison, where she would conduct AA meetings and lead them in prayer and fellowship. She genuinely made the world a better place!

Nancy worked for a number of different divisions within Ford and held many different management positions. Her career spanned 38 years and she retired November 1, 2015. She was a dedicated Ford employee and loved the blue oval with all her heart
Nancy will be missed tremendously by all those that loved her. May she rest in peace for eternity with our Lord.
