

Nancy Lucille Cameron Brown, of Orlando, Florida, passed away at the age of 87 at the West Orange Center for Nursing and Healing on Thursday, July 17, 2025, in Ocoee, Florida, after succumbing to dementia.
Nancy was born in Florence, South Carolina to William Humphries Cameron and Lillian Barr Cameron on January 6, 1938.
Mrs. Brown graduated from high school in New York City, after which she completed secretarial school.
A loving, doting wife and mother, Nancy modeled an unparalleled work ethic, sacrificing herself to ensure her children were well taken care of, well read, cultured and well-traveled.
Nancy worked as a data processor for Chase Manhattan Bank and CNA Insurance. She worked well into retirement, never content with sitting idly at home, Mrs. Brown worked as a PBX operator for hospitals in Central Florida and Tallahassee.
Above all else, Nancy Brown’s priority, her pride and joy, her entire life, revolved around her husband, Thomas Brown, and her three children. Her family was her life.

Nancy Lucille Cameron Brown is survived by her children: Morris Edward Brown, Sr. and his wife, June Brown and Sundai Milette Brown; her grandchildren: Lori Brown, Lawrence Brown Jr., Jonathon Brown; Cedric Brown, Damon Pitts, Terence Brown, Jewel Brown, Shannon Brinson, Charity Shayla Brown; her nieces and nephews: Malachi Cameron, Harnese William Saunders and Lillian "Diane" Cameron; great-grandchildren: Demetrius Pitts, Devuan Pitts, Shytia Villalobos, Sophia Pitts, Cameron Pitts, Brandon Farrow, Genesis Brinson, Trenton Brown, Sunaia Brown, Jaaliyah Jenkins, Erin Brinson, Tiffany Brinson, Caitlyn McTeal, Carley McTeal; and great great grandchildren, Sunjai Miley and Barbara Cameron. We will miss her deeply.
Memorial Service: An informal memorial service/open house will take place from 12:00 to 2:00 PM on Friday, August 1, 2025, at the Baldwin - Fairchild Conway Chapel, 1413 South Semoran Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32807.
In keeping with her wishes, no formal services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
