Norma Jane Harman

Norma Jane Harman, age 86, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025. She was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on May 23, 1938. She married Rodney Pierce Harman on September 26, 1955. She was a wonderful housewife and had a passion for children, reading and crocheting.

Norma is survived by her daughter, Virginia Carpenter, son, Ricky Harman and daughter, Karen Jacobs; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Janet Collins and brother, Pete Gillespie and special care giver, Linda Rose.

She was preceded in death by, husband, Rodney P. Harman; son, Rodney P. Harman, Jr., brothers, Dewey Gillespie and Raymond Gillespie, sister, Delores King; granddaughter, Chrissy Harman, and parents, Betty Ann Davis and Hallet Henry Gillespie.

A visitation for Norma will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734. A funeral service will occur Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734. A committal service will occur Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd, Gotha, FL 34734.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Toys for Tots, Hospice or a charity of your choice.
