Shirley Hall Phillips, 86, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Tuesday January 21, 2014 at Westminister Towers. Shirley was on December 19,1927 in Miami, Florida to the late Kenneth and Evelyn Hall. A graveside service will be held on Saturday February 1, 2014 at 2:00pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha.
