

He was married to his wife Tonya in 1997. The couple were one month away from celebrating their 26th wedding anniversary. He served in the United States Navy from 1991 to 1997 and worked in the insurance industry from 1997 to 2018 when he realized his dream of becoming a police officer. He loved working as a police officer, his family, the Pittsburgh Steelers, fishing, laughing and taking vacations with his family.
He was preceded in death by his Father and Mother, William G. Westwood and Joan Darlene Milz Westwood; Brothers, Richard "Rich" Westwood (Amy) and Robert "Bob" Westwood; and, Nephew, Dustin Westwood.
He is survived by wife, Tonya R. Westwood; Children, Kaitlyn R. Westwood (Jared) and Preston B. Westwood; father and mother-in-law, Thomas Bruce and Myra Diamond; Siblings, William "Bid" Westwood, Leroy Westwood (Christine), Kim Westwood, Donna Cousins (Jack), and Kerri Ann Neeley; Sister-in-law, Shari Butler (Victor "Beau"), Brothers-in-law Scott Smith (Melanie) and Michael Smith (Ashley); Nieces, Lee Ann Hess (David), Heather Westwood, Autumn Butler (Gio), Jasmine Neeley, and Sage Butler; Nephews, Shawn Westwood, Hayden Westwood, Alex Westwood (Tina), Dalton Butler, Logan Neeley, and Thaddeus Smith; and, Special Friends, The Rosado/Laird families and his Night 2 Crew, along with many other friends and family that meant so much to him. He was loved by all and will be deeply missed.
A funeral service for Terry will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734 with graveside services to follow. A reception will take place from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734.
