She was born in Tai Pei, Taiwan on January 4, 1955. She graduated from Chung Hsing University and received a bachelor's Degree.
She married Hao Sun on November 25, 1982.
Together her and her husband, owned and operated the Sun Inn and Suites in Kissimmee, Florida. She was also a member of the Shih Chien University instructor and had a passion for gardening.
Tsui-Yang is survived by her husband, Hao; and her children, Eric and Clifford; her daughter in law, Deanna and her grandchildren, Julian and Xander Sun.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, located at 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL, 34734, on February 5, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A Graveside Service will follow at the same location from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
