Alonzo Davila

Alonzo was a lifelong drummer and played in many bands with musician friends that he considered family to him. He was known as 'El Liebre' by his musical friends. He also loved to go to the local flea market, where he would sell musical instruments and gather together with the many friends he met there. Alonzo was a very caring, loving and a kind man. He is going to be loved and missed by his children, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a lifetime musician (drummer) with many musician friends that he considered family to him. May he continue to play in heaven.

Alonzo is survived by his dear friend, Ellen; his loving children: Nydia Belinda Davila, Idalia Davila, Alonzo Jr, Dolores, Delilah, Jeremiah and Krissandra; two sisters, Esther Martinez (Hargill, Texas) and Catarina Brewster (Clawson, Michigan) and one brother, Arturo Castaneda (South Lyon, Michigan).

Alonzo was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Virginia Davila, his brothers Daniel and Juan Anzaldua, and his sister Estella Garza.

Alonzo will be inurned at the Valle De La Paz Cemetery in Hargill, Texas.
