Clara Ann Duff

Clara Ann Duff, age 90, died peacefully at home on Saturday, November 18, 2017, surrounded by family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Clara enjoyed traveling to see her family and friends. She was best known for sewing, her cinnamon rolls, donuts and cakes. She had a multitude of favorite four letter words and sayings. Clara resided at the American House for the last 22 years where she was very active and became close friends with many people there. She never met a stranger. Clara is survived by four children: Ramona Vogel, Judy (Doug) Folsom, James Jr. Duff, Sandi (Bob) Bombe; 14 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Duff; siblings: Carl, Nonie, Betty, and Sparky; daughter, Dawn (Bob) Jaeger; great granddaughter, Dawn Nicole Duff. A funeral service will be held at 10am on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 4-8pm, and again on Wednesday, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 9am. Interment to follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery.
