WOOD, DAVID “THE BEAR” age 68 died November 30, 2012 at the McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at the Hill Funeral Home 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, MI. Pastor Bradley Lake officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. David was born April 7, 1944 in Flint to parents Stanley and Doris (Bradley) Wood who preceded him in death. He retired from Chevrolet V-8 Engine Plant in 1993 after 30 years of service. Surviving are children David Wood, Stanley (Bobbie) Wood, Kristine (Jimmy) James; grandchildren Shelby, Brandy, Joey, Amber, Jimmy, Beth, David; great-grandchildren Yolanda, DeAndre, Gemma; brothers Robert (Maxine) Wood, Dennis (Noreen) Wood; sisters Peggy (Jack) Johnson, Cathy Hibbard, several nieces and nephews and many special friends.
