Jill Marie Monroe was born in Highland Park, Michigan to William and Joyce (Wright) Chaplin on May 21, 1955. She is survived by her husband, Chuck Monroe; daughter, Stacy (James) Opper; son, Shane (Jenna) Bright; mother, Joyce Chaplin; sister, Sue (Marty) Marchak; brother, Douglas (Rhonda) Chaplin; grandchildren: Aryanna Carey, Kadyn Bright, Sarah Opper, and Chance Opper; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, William Chaplin.
Jill enjoyed many things, including camping, reading, playing with her two dogs, and doing crafts.
