Joe and Lorraine were a couple who were well loved by our family. We all enjoyed when they would come to visit.  They were loving and kind to our kids as well and left fond memories. 
Joe was a tender hearted man fully sold out to serving Jesus. He was always very generous with his time and sharing his knowledge and experience. We so appreciated his mentorship over the years.
He was easy to love!

Joe Warner was one of a select few mentors in our lives.  His exemplary life and ministry served as a model for our little gathering of God's people, as well as for others in Michigan and beyond.  If not for Joe's service in God's Kingdom, we may not have had a rich Christian environment in which to raise our families.  

We have so many fond memories of Joe! He was a man of God, a mentor , a teacher and a friend.  We remember his teachings and wonderful words of wisdom from the Word of God! Certainly the evidence of the Lord’s anointing was upon his life.
We remember good talks, sharing meals, fishing, hunting and hunting camps at our home in Negaunee, going on trips and playing games. Joe was a huge influence on our lives as young Christian’s and played the role of a spiritual father to us . Rest In Peace dear brother. There was certainly no one quite like you! I’m sure that Jesus is saying well done good and faithful servant!❤️ Love, Bob and Beth Burris

Joe was a great example of one who loved God with his whole life, loved his family and his wife. I always enjoyed my times visiting with Joe and Lorraine. He will be missed! 

We appreciate Joe and Lorraine’s ministry so much, along with the other Elders and Deacons and their wives,  from House of Prayer in Grand Blanc, MI.   Not until we were older did we realize what a rich heritage we’d been given.  Joe will leave after him life changing legacies.   

Joe was an amazing man with such a soft heart. The memory  that stands out the most to me was whenever he preached, there was always that one point where he would break down and cry! His love for the lord was never ending and was so evident in the way he lived. I can only imagine the conversations that he is having right now with Ralph, Roger and all those HOP friends and family that have gone before him!!! He will be missed! 

Joe was someone who touched so many lives. I just have too many memories to share but  I loved it when we would drop by on a Sunday afternoons share cups and cups of coffee and talk about the Lord with him and Lorraine. Pretty soon more and more people would stop by and the chairs would come out from everywhere.  They were FUN times!!! We had some great conversations and shared lots of laughter with him and Lorraine.  He was a great example of a godly man and loving husband. He will be greatly missed but he left a great legacy to carry on. 

Joe was a wonderful pastor, mentor, teacher but most important, he was a friend.  We enjoyed laughter, food and fellowship, his stories, playing games and cards.  There were also serious talks and testimonies of God’s work in our lives, prayers for family and friends. 
I had spoken to him right before he went in the hospital and told him there would be a game night at my new house.  He said he would love to come.  He will be very missed but there is great comfort knowing how happy and free he is in Heaven ❤️

Joe will be missed.  As a young teen he spent time teaching me about his recurve bow. Even letting me use it for several competitions.  Plus, any man that had the impact on my dad the way he did, has a special place in Heaven.  Thank you for all your years dedicated to being used by God.  

So many memories. Joe & Harry loved golfing together. Never will forget the time Joe was teaching us a new card game and I said Hoe let me see your cards and reached over to look at them and he started laughing saying,” Kathy Elford are you trying to cheat” and Lorraine & Harry was cracking up and Joe still wouldn’t let me see his cards. I did eventually learned the game. But we loved sharing the word with one another as couples. Joe taught Harry & I many things of the Lord. He was a very precious friend.
