Kenneth Dale Bearup

BEARUP, KENNETH D. age 76, of Grand Blanc, passed away Friday, May 31, 2013 at his home. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, MI. Pastor Todd Meece officiating. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Lou Gehrig Foundation or the North Baptist Church. Kenneth was born April 25, 1937 in Montrose, MI. to the late Melvin and Frances Bearup. He graduated from Flint Technical High School in 1955 and then went on to Michigan State University to earn a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He married Beverly Orser in 1962 and spent 51 very happy years together. Kenneth was a member of the North Baptist Church and loved his Lord. Surviving are wife Beverly; children Michael (Carole) Bearup of Burton, Timothy (Kelly) Bearup of South Lyon, MI., Julie (Terry) Hays of Burton; grandchild Angela (James) Walworth of Linden, MI.; brothers Donald (Pat) Bearup of Corunna, MI., Larry (Donna) Bearup of Florida, Gene (Evelyn) of Sao Paulo, Brazil; sister Joyce (Clarence) Jacob of Bessemer, MI.; sister-in-law Audrey Bearup of Columbiaville, MI.; many nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his grandson Michael James Bearup; brothers Richard and wife Charlotte; Curtis and sister Marcia Bidoulph.
