Lou Anne Malis

Lou Anne was born on October 21, 1935, in Shenandoah, Iowa to Alf and Bessie (Hunt) Goss. Lou Anne lived her life for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loved to help out others less fortunate than herself. Often, holiday dinners were composed of family, friends, and neighbors. Lou Anne enjoyed cooking, bowling, and playing cards. She also enjoyed dining out on Chinese and Mexican food. Lou Anne was an avid gardener, and a longtime resident of Flint, Michigan.

Lou Anne is survived by three daughters, Pamela Goss, Judith (Shawn) McNeice, and Mary Lou (Richard) Coleman, two stepdaughters, April Malis, and Valencia Najera, and stepson, Steven (Dawn) Malis, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Lou Anne is preceded in death by longtime partner, James Kleinow, and two grandsons, Travis Vella and Zachery McDonald.

A visitation for Lou Anne will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, beginning at 11:00am at Brown Funeral Home - 1480 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan, followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm, officiated by Reverend Justin Rorie. Lou Anne will be interred at Flint Memorial Park in Mount Morris, Michigan.
