Louise Fisher

97. She was born on May 22,1914 in Muskegon, Michigan to Ernest M. and

Frances (Farrell) Stevens. She graduated from Muskegon High School and

then studied at the Rockford College for Women in Rockford, Illinois and

subsequently the University of Michigan where she was a member of Delta

Gamma Sorority. She was also a member of the Sophomore Women's Dance

Group. She married Arthur M. Fisher, Jr. on October 16,1937 at St. John's

Episcopal Church in Muskegon, Michigan. He predeceased her in 1995. Her

daughter-in-law Janice M. Fisher also predeceased her in 1981. She is

survived by two children: Steven (Ellen) Fisher of Bridgeport, Michigan

and Frances (Landy) Pellizzari, of San Cristobal, Venezuela and Sarasota,

Florida; her grandchildren Douglas Fisher of Charlotte, Michigan,

Stephanie (Mark) Zebehazy of Peoria, Arizona, Jennifer (Vince) Studerof

Daggett, Michigan; Alex (Claudia) Pellizzari and Mark (Cristina) Pellizzari

of San Cristobal, Venezuela and Sarasota, Florida; Amy (Jeff) Wurster of

Gaines, Michigan, Jay (Heather) Chapin of Alma, Michigan and 9 great-

grandchildren. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church; the Junior

League of Rockford and Saginaw Assistant's League of Saginaw, Junior

League Garden Club, The Saginaw Club, The Saginaw Country Club.

Visiting Nurse's Association, Saginaw General Hospital Bookmobile, and

the Saginaw Art Museum. Honoring Louise's wishes, cremation has taken

place and no services are planned at this time. Those planning an expression
