TOWAR, Marilyn Averill, Age 81 of Flint, passed away August 17, 2010. She was born in Dearborn December 30, 1928 to Forrest and Josephine Averill. Marilyn taught in various schools in the Detroit and Ann Arbor area. She was a member of First Church of Christ, Scientist in Fenton. Also, she was a Master Gardener, enjoying tending to her vegetables and flowers.
Beloved wife of Charles F. Towar for almost 60 years. Dearest mother of Mark Alan (Debra), Bruce Eric (Barbara), Carol Lynne and Scott Edward Towar. Loving grandmother of Martin, Jillian, Melissa, Benjamin and Derick.
