Dr. Marjorie Otero-Clark age 94 passed away peacefully on May 6th 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Robert L. Clark in 2007. She was born September 10, 1925 in Albion Illinois the daughter of John and Isabelle Horton. Marjorie was a graduate of James Millikin University (BA) and University of Illinois (BS) and Doctor of Medicine. She was a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, assistant clinical professor at Michigan State University, and practiced medicine at Hurley and McLaren Medical Centers along with private practice at the Flint Children’s Center until her retirement in 1991. Marjorie greatly enjoyed her world travels and summers at Higgins Lake. She will be forever loved and missed. She is survived by five children, Lynn M. (Michael) Welch, Joseph G. Otero, Andrew L. Otero, William R. (Sheila) Otero, Douglas J. (Pamela) Otero; step-daughter and sons Nancy Clark, Bruce (Joy) Clark, James (Lynn) Clark; grandchildren, Elizabeth M. Allman, John R. Otero, Megan M. (Cory) Fox, Josh L. Otero, Christiane Welch, Cloe (Chase) Herbst ; step-grandchildren, Chelsey Clark, Ryan Clark; great grandchildren, Esperanza Himojosa, Syriana, Sawyer and Piper Fox. The family will receive friends at Brown Funeral Home (Hill Rd. Grand Blanc, MI) on Sunday, May 10, 2020 from 11am until 4pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 11, 2020 at 11am at Brown Funeral Home. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery in Fenton.
