I know your mom loved her family and was very proud of her 3 girls. I remember when my mom and your mom got together for a visit. They would talk for hours and I would  hear so much laughter between them. Your mom was a gift to many people. 
I know your hearts  are hurting but I hope all of you find comfort with the many warm memories with her. She is with the Lord ... no more pain, no more suffering.

So sorry your loss loved one Patricia "Pat" Finks. Pat is with the Lord. it so hard to acceptance Pat is in heaven with Jesus. About Pat's life: I remember Pat. First time I met her in her car at my parent home, Pat picked me up for ready go to church with all her daughters every Sunday, Cathy interpreted for us.  We started become new friend quickly for a ride to the church, then after in 1978 I graduated from St. John's School for the Deaf in Milwaukee, WI. Then I came back home in Michigan. I became a deaf member to serves: Pat and I involved with Flint Catholic Deaf Group ICDA Chapter #83 for many years before I moved to Wisconsin in Fall 1996. Also beautiful thing I remembered I went all her three daughters' wedding at the Holy Family Catholic Church, Grand Blanc, MI. Its so wonderful friend with Pat and her husband Paul and daughters. I did went visited with all of you at your home sometimes. She had a wonderful advised to me how I take care myself for a better person. I thanks to Patricia for helped me for anything I needs. I am sure Pat missed you very much. I will do remember Pat every lasting. Thank you very much!

I worked for many years with Paul at The Flint Journal, where he patiently helped me learn to sign a bit. I had the genuine pleasure of meeting and conversing with Pat a number of times over the years at various Journal social functions. What perfectly delightful friendly people they were to be around. I offer my sincerest condolences to Paul and his family. Sadly, because of these trying times, I can't be there to convey my sympathy in person.

So sad to hear of the loss of your dear Pat.   So many fond memories of our families at FAD, summer picnics, church trips and events, what a wonderful close knit community we were lucky to be a part of.  May the beautiful memories you have bring you all peace at this time, thank you for sharing the many photos of her life.  There is  no doubt the ladies of MAKI welcomed her with open arms and had her chair waiting for her when she arrived.   Sending  you all much love, hugs and prayers.

To Pat's Family,

We will keep you and your family in our prayers.  I knew Pat from her role with ICDA-US (International Catholic Deaf Association) and she was sweet, funny and knew how to lead people.  She truly cared about people and helped the local chapters get through their struggles.  She will be missed by many.  Thank you for sharing her with us. May she rest in peace with the angels.

I was so sorry to hear of Pat’s passing.  It was an honor to interpret for her at Holy Redeemer.  I will miss her smiling face every time I was there.

Here are our condolences as Pat Finks is one of sweetest ladies with cheerfulness and warmness and we always love to chat with her so she would be truly missed.  Ever since I was little, I do remember her and her three girls - wonderful memories.  Do cherish all fondest memories of her with Lord's loving comfort and our prayers!

Pat is a sweet friend whom I have enjoyed talking with over the years.  I met her at our deaf club, Flint Association of the Deaf.  We would share news about our children and friends.    I must admit I have never heard a mean word about anyone from her.  She will be missed.  ❤️

My Aunt Pat was absolutely the sweetest, loving and most caring person.   She also had a very silly side to her too that really showed especially when she was with my
Mom, her sister.  I would spend some time in the summer at their house with my cousins and had such a great time.  Her family was the most important thing in her life and her children were her world.   She was a wonderful mother, wife and loved by many.  I remember going places with the family and she was so well liked and knew everyone wherever we went.   She had a smile that I will always remember!  Love you Aunt Pat.
