was born in Davison Ml on April 6, 1926. Roy was married for 60 years to
Hellen Curtis (Gooding) who passed away in May of 2005. He enlisted in the
Army Air Corp on duty 24, 1944. Roy served in the U.S. Army during WWII
in the South Pacific and was discharged in October 7, 1946. He was a
lifetime member of the VFW, and was the Post Commander in Mio, Ml for 3
years. After 32 years he retired from Buick in Flint, MI. He is survived by
Danny and Rita Curtis, Clifford and Mona Curtis, and Phillip Curtis. He also
has 10 grandkids, and 8 great-grandkids, and was very proud of them. There
will be a Funeral Service, celebrating his life at the Brown Funeral Home, 1480
E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, MI., 3:00 P.M. Sunday, September 19, 2010. Rev.
Joy Fletcher officiating.Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 to 6:00 P.M. and
Sunday from Noon till the time of services.
