Passed away peacefully at home on December 17 2021.
Bill was a committeeman at AC and a Trophy winning Bass Fisherman. "Hillbilly" had a gift of storytelling of his adventures. He retired from AC April 1st, 1990.
Mr. Belcher leaves behind his Loving wife of six & half years Ilene Belcher and three daughters, Jesse Richmond, Melinda Kaleel, and Missy Gatica. Along with a blended family of Grandchildren and Greats.
Preceded in death is Wilma Belcher and their daughter Yvonna Rodriguez, father, mother and nine Siblings.
Cremation per his wishes. A memorial in the spring of 2022.
