Anthony Ted Cruz, 56, Grand Junction, died Aug. 31, 2016, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.
He was a meter reader for Xcel Energy.
Survivors include his wife, Kelli Marie; his mother, Carlotta Cusick of Grand Junction; two sons, Jason and Jared, both of Grand Junction; two daughters, Amera of Boston and Dylin of Fort Collins; one brother, Danny of Grand Junction; two sisters, Susie Lovato and Linda Sandoval, both of Grand Junction; and one grandchild.
