Anthony "Tony" Joseph Kanka

Anthony "Tony" Kanka, 68, of Grand Junction, died October 31, 2021, at his home. He was a loving husband to Roxeen Kanka for 30 years. He is survived by his wife Roxeen, daughter Thristina, his sister Leann and his stepfather Anson, his two loving dogs Les (also known as Jasper) and Lou as well as his extended family and friends.

Tony is preceded in death by his mother Bertie and his father Bill.

Tony grew up in Lakewood Colorado graduating from Alameda High School in 1971. He had a career in banking and insurance but his real love was to sing and play guitar. He expressed his faith and love in the Lord through music both on his YouTube channel and Only to You Ministries, both of which he founded. Tony loved music using it to worship the Lord and bring the message of God to others. He was strong in his faith, generous, and loved his Jack Russell Terriers Les and Lou. Tony was always ready with a mischievous joke bringing a laugh to many. He also loved sports cars and traveling to tropical locations. This year he coordinated his 50th class reunion service where he led their worship in song. Tony had a great relationship with Jesus and is now at peace with the Lord.
