She worked in environmental services at St. Mary’s Hospital, and owned and operated Mayes BBQ. She was a resident of Grand Junction for 57 years. Beverly loved spending time with her family.
Beverly is survived by her sons, Michael (Connie) Wieberg of Clifton, and Gregory of Olney Springs, CO; daughters, Carol (Jerry) McClesky of Valliant, OK, and Sandra (Terry) Watson of Grand Junction; daughter in-law, Dorris Wieberg of Newton, KS; 28 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Percy Mayes, and previous late husband, William John Wieberg; sons, Norman Wieberg, Kenneth Wieberg, William Wieberg, and Jerome Mayes; grandchildren Billy McCleskey, Tonya Wieberg, Russell Wieberg, and Jannet Wieberg.
Visitation will be on May 3, 2016 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary, followed by services at 11:00am. Burial will be at Oddfellows in Grand Junction.
