

Services will take place at 10 a.m. Friday at Callahan Edfast Mortuary. Committal and interment will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Tammi of Grand Junction; one brother, Smokey Lyon of Farmington, New Mexico; two sisters, Ruth Boggs, and Helen George, both of Grand Junction; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.

Blanche E. Mancuso, 96, passed away on September 4, 2016. She was born August 30, 1920, in Broken Bow, Nebraska, to George and Grace Lyon.
Blanche married George Mancuso in 1942; he passed away in 1979. She has been a resident of Grand Junction for 61 years. She loved to sew, crochet, read, and cook, and was a member of the Victory Life Church.
Blanche is survived by her daughter, Tammi Mancuso of Grand Junction; brother, Smokey (Esther) Lyon of Farmington, NM; sisters, Ruth Boggs and Helen (Don) George both of Grand Junction; grandchild, Giovanna Martinez; and one great-grandchild, Gianna McNamara.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 9, 2016, at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary, followed by a committal service and interment at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
