Danna ""Mitz"" Beach
August 21, 1958 - March 14, 2016
An ""Inspiration"" is the word that most of her friends would use to describe her. Her life was filled with challenges, which she met with determination, resolve and laughter.
Danna was born August 21, 1958, in Cheyenne, WY and spent her childhood in Thermopolis, WY. She received her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from the University of Utah, in Speech Pathology. She practiced her profession in Wyoming and for the past 26 years, at St. Mary's Life Center, where she graced many people with her therapy skills and her friendship.
Danna loved life and experiences with family and friends. She loved to travel and had traveled to Ireland, Hawaii, the Redwood Forest, and Alaska. She was involved in adaptive sports/adventures including skiing, swimming, white water rafting, camping and she even went swimming with the dolphins. She also loved animals, especially her little dog, Newton, and her charming cat, Gizmo. Danna loved to read, and play card games.
She passed away on March 14, 2016, surrounded by love.
She is survived by her brothers, Charlie (Annette) Beach of Atlanta, GA, and Dennis Beach of Seattle, WA, and many friends.
