Survivors include his wife, Corrinna; one son, Chance David of Grand Junction; one daughter, Cammie Jo of Grand Junction; his mother, Betty Joan Lambson of Grand Junction; one brother, Todd Douglas of New Castle; two sisters, Cheryl Collins-Cuddy of Coos Bay, Oregon, and Nancy Collins-Mayer of Shady Cove, Oregon; and 11 grandchildren.
