Mr. Milano was a construction worker.
He is survived by one son, Ronald of Lincoln, Neb.; two daughters, Cindy Ward of Watkinsville, Ga., and Sharon Gilbert of Chico, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
