Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
He was a physician.
Survivors include two sons, Daniel Joseph of Grand Junction and Matthew James of Loveland; five daughters, Beth Merriam of Mesquite, Nevada, Cynthia M. Balloga of Meeker, Molly M. Ryan and Anne K. Ryan, both of Grand Junction, and Carolyn Ryan Oberholzer of Louisville; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
