Mr. Gallagher is survived by his wife Kathy Calhoun (Gallagher) of Grand Junction, Colorado, his children Sean and Cynthia Gallagher of Grand Junction, Colorado, his brother James Gallagher of O'Neil, Nebraska, and his sisters Edith Gallagher of Omaha, Nebraska and Marilyn Park of Schylerville, New York.
