Florence Williams
December 3, 1924 - April 8, 2014
Our super Mom, Florence M. (Todd) Williams, a resident of Fruita, CO, joined her beloved husband, Harry, on April 8, 2014.
She was born on December 3, 1924, to Samuel and Hattie Todd in Cameo, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her husband to whom she had been married for 69 years; two brothers; two sisters, and one great-grandson.
She is survived by two brothers, Sam and Robert Todd; two sons, Dan Williams, and Bill Williams, and daughter, Norma Gordon; eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
She loved to golf, dance, and sing. She liked to go to Las Vegas. She was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos and the Rockies.
Mom traveled with Dad to Alaska, Mexico and France.
She was always there to help her family and friends and would do and give to them, before she thought of herself.
Per her request, Florence was cremated at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary, and per her and her husband's plan, their lives will be celebrated together on May 10, 2014, at the home of Judean Glacier in Silt, CO.
