Jean Hodgetts (nee Langston) was born December 25, 1930, in Birmingham, England. Jean lived through the bombing of England in World War II, moved to the US in 1964 to find a better life for her family, and sold underwear to celebrities as the manager of Frederick’s of Hollywood in Los Angeles. Jean and her husband Eric moved to Grand Junction in 2004. Later in life Jean became a fan of professional wrestling, refusing to take calls from her own family during the main events. Jean could find something to laugh about in any situation, especially if it came at her own expense. She is survived by her daughters Lynn Roberts and Daryl Pubillones, four grandchildren, and great-grandson. More than anything else, Jean taught her family to love one another unconditionally and that you can never take yourself too seriously. Jean passed away peacefully on January 16, 2014, surrounded by her family and under the incredible care of HopeWest Hospice in Grand Junction, Colorado.
