John W Allen was born on Oct 16, 1950 in Denver, CO to Wray and Emma (Strand) Allen. The family moved to Loma, CO when he was a small child later to move back to the Denver area in 1961. He was a farmer/rancher for most of his life. Enjoying his time on his tractor and with livestock. He lived in Larkspur, La Junta and in Clifton, CO. John is survived by his brothers, Edward (Sandy) of Clifton, CO, Russell (Cheryl) of San Tan, AZ and sister Mary Riley of LaJunta, CO as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on June 8, 2024 at 11:00 am at The Byers Cemetery in Byers, CO.
