Leslie Lee Payne was born July 7, 1957 to Lester Payne and Audrey Barnwell in San Jose, California. Leslie entered into rest on March 5, 2022 in Grand Junction, Colorado at 64 years of age .
He spent 55 years in Grand Junction; where he loved participating in the Special Olympics. Leslie participated in many of the sports the Special Olympics had to offer, and he won many awards.
Leslie is survived by his brother Mike Williams, of Grand Junction, Colorado. Leslie will be missed by all who knew him.
