

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Burial will be at Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
Ms. Grant was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, David Wilson of Grand Junction; three daughters, Katherine Guth and Linda Wilson, both of Grand Junction and Christine Heusser of San Jose, Calif.; one brother, Neil VandenHeuvel of Grand Junction; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

April 7, 1935 - March 22, 2014
Mary Elizabeth Grant passed away peacefully on March 22, 2014, at her home, surrounded by family, of complications from pneumonia.
Mary was born April 7, 1935, in Grand Junction, Colorado, to Neil and Altha VandenHeuvel. She grew up on a Cattle Ranch North of Grand Junction, now currently known as Paradise Hills. She received her education in Grand Junction and was a proud alumnus from Grand Junction High School, always cheering for the Tigers.
She married Richard R. Wilson on June 8, 1952, they had five children.
Mary enjoyed working in retail sales, square dancing, water skiing, bowling, reading and socializing with family and friends. She took great pride in quickly recalling every family members birth date and their age. She was very outgoing, adventurous, and enjoyed trying new things. She had a great fondness for people and made everyone feel welcome.
Mary is survived by the love of her life, Edward Brady; she was blessed and enriched by his love and dedication as they enjoyed 12 wonderful years together. She enjoyed and looked forward to her monthly lunch dates with special girlfriends, Mary and Stephanie. Mary is preceded in death by her brother, Billy; husband, Richard, and son, Richard Jr. She is survived by her brother, Neil VandenHeuvel of Grand Junction; children, Katherine (Greg) Guth of Grand Junction; Christine (Eric) Heusser of San Jose, CA; David Wilson of Grand Junction, and Linda Wilson of Grand Junction; 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 27, at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. A celebration of Mary's life will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 28 at the mortuary.
Memorial contribution may be made to Community Hospital, and HopeWest Hospice of Grand Junction.
