Survivors include her husband, Gary; one son, Jeff of Denver; two daughters, Jennifer and Allison, both of Denver; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Nancy Lee Foster

July 1, 1942 - February 15, 2014

Nancy Lee Foster, 71, died February 15, 2014 at her home, in Grand Junction, after a long fight with COPD.

Nancy was born in San Diego, California, on July 1, 1942, to Robert and Shirley Thompson. She graduated from Montebello High School in Montebello, CA in 1960. She worked in retail at various stores and retired from Herberger's in 2003.

She met her husband, Gary Foster, in Montebello, CA, and was married on April 8, 1961.

Survivors include her husband; her son, Jeff from Denver; daughters, Jennifer and Allison of Denver; four grandsons, Jake and Josh of Denver; Jammie from Sioux Falls, SD, and Julian from Cheyenne, WY; and great-grandson, Tyven of Cheyenne.

A memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2014, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
