

Patsy was married to William Thomas Bartelt June 1st, 1995. Together, they would go dancing three times per week, dancing was always Patsy's passion. She loved dressing up and being creative. When raising her four daughters, Patsy would sew all of their clothing, she was a very talented seamstress. She enjoyed decorating and crafting, and traveled to many craft shows over the years to sell her creations. She also enjoyed cutting hair as another hobby. There were numerous tasks that took talent and a creative mind that Patsy mastered. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.
Patsy is survived by her daughters Nakina Gray (Arlis), Darcy Kay Allen, Melissa Jane Ward (Rick), grandchildren: Chris, Nicole, Farrah, Natalie, Bo, Josh, Cassie, Cory, Jason & Jessica, great-grandchildren: Bailey, Emily, Kindle, Jordan, Megan, two great-great grandchildren, and two more on the way, step-children: Thomas Bartelt, Dawn McKissack, Aaron Bartelt, Crystal Binkley (Terrell) and Ashely Cochran (David) along with ten step-grandchildren. The Jeff Gray family, the Audra Stewart family, the Delana Holmes family, the Brian Gray family, numerous other relatives, and friends.
Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Bruce Eugene Wells and her second husband William Thomas Bartelt, her daughter Angie Sue Innes and sister Judith Abbot.
Memorial services have already taken place in Clinton, AR. A brief graveside service will be held on Monday, August 7th, 2023 at 10:00AM at Grand Junction Memorial Gardens located at 2970 North Ave; Grand Junction, CO. All family and friends are encouraged to attend and say their goodbyes to Patsy.
