Richard A. Palmer, 63, Clifton, died May 31, 2016, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center.
Private services will take place.
He was the owner of Palmer Tile.
Survivors include one son, Christopher L. of Grand Junction; one daughter, Candace R. Palmer of Grand Junction; his mother, Leola Palmer of Grand Junction; and four grandchildren.
