Robert Lesko
July 16, 1960 - July 17, 2014
Robert Lesko lost his brave fight with cancer at his home, surrounded by his loving wife, daughters, grandson and numerous close friends, on July 17, 2014.
Robert was born on July 16, 1960, in Fruita, CO to Joseph and Helen Lesko, joining four older siblings.
In his twenties, Robert traveled to Haines, Alaska with his beloved dog Nikki, where he worked and spent time in the great outdoors hunting, fishing and exploring.
On August 11,1990, Robert married the love of his life, Sylvia. From that union they welcomed Ashley, Jennifer and Maria. He loved taking his girls camping at Silver Jack and Blue Mesa and took them shooting, fishing and boating. These were his best memories.
Robert was employed at Redlands Middle School as the Lead Custodian. All the kids and staff loved him because of his outgoing, and outstanding personality.
Robert is survived by his wife; daughters; son-in-law, Morgan, and precious grandson, Kaden.
A visitation and viewing for Robert will be held July 23, 2014, at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary from 5 - 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary following. The memorial Mass will be July 24, 2014, at Immaculate Heart of Mary at 10:00 a.m.
