Born in Texas, Rocky grew up in Idaho where he met his wife, Jessica then moved to Colorado with their 2 daughters, Baylor and Stockton. They then had their son , Kolte.
Rocky worked for FCI for 3 years and loved his job, and the people he worked with.
Rocky loved spending time his family, hunting, shooting, and cooking on his smoker. He loved making people laugh and helping others. His kids were his pride and joy. Rocky is survived by his wife Jessica and their three children; daughters Baylor, Stockton, and son Kolte, his parents Laura Gilbert, and Rocky Conner Sr., his sister Roxanne and brothers Mitchell and Ryan and many more family members. He will be in our hearts and minds forever. RIP
