Sandra Rose Hartman, 71, Grand Junction, died Feb. 21, 2016, at Community Hospital.
Services are pending in June.
Ms. Hartman was a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Bill of Grand Junction; two daughters, Lawana Fraser of Grand Junction, and Tammy Hartman of Phoenix; and two grandchildren.
