

Sharron was born on March 24, 1944 to Jack E and Billie Coleman in Indiana. Her dad worked in the oil fields therefore her family moved a lot. They ended up in Grand Junction, Colorado her Junior year of high school.
She met the love of her life Charles (Charlie) Wm Calhoun Jr who was a sack boy at Safeway where her mom worked as a cashier. They married October 24, 1962 and spent 61 years together. They raised their 3 children in Grand Junction on the place Charlie grew up on in Appleton. The city girl enjoyed the country life.
Sharon’s whole life was for her family taking care of her family. She was a homemaker. She loved family dinners, birthdays, and having fun with the grandkids. She dressed up for their birthdays was the Easter bunny Santa’s helper and a clown. She’d dance and be silly for the kids. She wanted to be a dancer when she was growing up.
September 2009 she got very ill and was in the hospital for 10 months. She almost didn’t make it then but the Lord let us have her 15 more years. She never got full recovery. Her husband retired care for her all these years.
She is survived by her husband Charlie Calhoun, Daughter Gezzel Rogers and fiancé Keven Rosengrant, sons Jack Calhoun & Kathy, Chuck Calhoun & Crystal 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and more great due this month.
