Vicki was born on July 17, 1944, in Los Angeles, California, to Bud and Elaine Rucker. She is survived by her daughters, Laura Napoli and Rebecca Lucas; her brother, Jon Dennis Rucker (BB); her grandchildren, Michael, Angel, Jay, and Erica; and five great-grandchildren.
