Ivey Jerald Taggart Jr. was born November 14, 1917 in Rotan, Tx to Ivey Sr. and Minnie Taggart. He went to be with his Lord October 13, 2012. Ivey who was also known as Buster, was a WWII era veteran, and a deacon at First Baptist Church of Grand Prairie. Buster was married to the love of his life Imogene for 73 years. He work 37 years as a plumber for Dallas Plumbing Co. and was an avid Cowboys fan. Buster is preceded in death by his wife Imogene Taggart and daughter Barbara Sullivan. He is survived by his son Jerry and wife Dee Taggart, grandson Philip Taggart, granddaughter Robin Morris, great-grandson Logan Morris and brother-in-law Mickey Templeton. In Lieu of flowers please make donations in Buster's name to the First Baptist Church Building Fund. Visitation will be held Tuesday October 16, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm at Bean Massey Burge Dalworth. Services will be held Wednesday October 17, 2012 at 10am at First Baptist Church of Grand Prairie followed by interment at DFW National Cemetery at 12:30pm
