Carmen Zaida Arroyo Feliciano, age 69 of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023 in Grand Prairie. Carmen was born September 14, 1954 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to German Arroyo and Maria Cecilia Feliciano.
There are no services currently scheduled for Carmen, however, she will be laid to rest in Bayamon, Puerto Rico at a later date.
