She was born on Oct. 20, 1943 in Grand Prairie Tx to Bill and Pug Long. After her mother passed away she was raised by Geo and Lucy Taylor. She was a graduated of Grand Prairie high school .She was working at Parkland Eye Bank when President Kennedy was brought to Parkland.
She worked for G.P.S.I.D from 1974 to 1985 and Azle ISD from 1985 to 1995 as an assistant Superintendent and work at Duncanville ISD in July of 1995 till 2005 when she retired. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and volunteering at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years Kay B. Kramer of Grand Prairie, Tx. A daughter Lucy Hilton and a son; Matthews Campbell of Elizabeth Colorado and 8 grand Children.
A memorial service will be held on Friday Sept 16, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Prestonwood Baptist Church located at 6861 W Park Blvd in Plano, TX with Neal Jeffrey officiating.
